Loved the way our reasonably large and warm room in downstairs bedroom was. The location was stunning and close to places we visited...

The room downstairs was pretty spacious, and they had smoke detectors just in case. It was super convenient to have coffee/tea supplies, a fridge, and kitchen stuff in there. 🍳.

Well priced place, had a really great stay for one night...

Even though everything was good, some of the staff were uncooperative.

there were a flat-screen tv with cable channels, a microwave oven, and a fridge in the room, liked that. this location was perfect, just next door to river, historic rjukan, and town center. the staff were very helpful and affable yet not intrusive.

The bed was very uncomfortable here.

Conveniently booked a room on the ground floor. the room was located super close to East Georgia Street 😊.

An exceptionally comfortable bed and a well-equipped room overall. Quiet atmosphere within the hotel, affable and very welcoming staff. Nice pool, parking on-site. Not to mention excellent wifi! Great and stunning location, easy walk to everywhere

This hotel is a hidden gem! The value for money is unbeatable, with prices that won't break the bank. The attention to detail in the regional décor setting is charming, creating a lovely and cosy atmosphere. The location is spot on for our annual ice climbing trip, as it is ideal for ease of access to the gorge for climbing and the ski centre. Additionally, the hotel is in sentrum, which is a gorgeous area with beautiful surroundings.

All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

The units at Rjukan Hytteby are absolutely stunning! I stayed in a bungalow with a cozy kitchenette and it felt like a little home away from home. The views from the balcony were breathtaking - I could see the majestic mountains and hear the soothing sound of the nearby river. It was a nature lover's dream!

Personally, I wasn't a fan of the soundproofing in the bungalow. I understand that it's meant to block out noise, but I felt a bit disconnected from the peaceful environment around me.

The staff were helpful and efficient, and the location was excellent within walking distance of the town center. This place provides fantastic service.

I stayed in a charming cabin at Hytteby for a night and it was a delightful experience. The cabin was well-equipped, with a nice new bathroom and comfortable beds. Despite the long daylight hours in July, the cabin was surprisingly quiet and allowed for a good night's sleep. The kitchen had everything I needed and the living area was spacious enough for two people. The wifi connection was reliable and the staff was friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend Hytteby for a pleasant stay.

We had a great value for our money with a spacious and well-equipped cabin at Rjukan Hytteby. The location by a flowing stream was peaceful and the staff treated us well.

The breakfast offerings could be improved by adding more variety to the menu.

We loved the cozy one-bedroom cabin/studio with comfortable beds, a small kitchenette, and a heated bathroom floor. Convenient cafe with delicious fish & chips. the manager was friendly and helpful.

Felt very much at home, nothing too much trouble.
